What Mara does inside Zuesie

Mara is Zuesie's customer-facing assistant. On the public website she can answer general questions about the product, pricing and onboarding. Inside an authenticated workspace, support conversations stay attached to the customer's organisation.

Underneath that experience sits Shannon, the governed operating layer used to manage approvals, support and automation without exposing internal systems directly to customers.

The distinction matters. An assistant should not become an excuse to bypass permissions, leak another customer's data or invent operational facts.

Our direction is therefore useful AI with boundaries: answer what is safe to answer, use the real system state where authorised, and hand off to a person when the decision should stay human.
