1. Service
Zuesie provides property-management software, operational tooling, automation and integrations for accommodation operators. Features may evolve during early access and launch.
2. Account approval
New accounts may require manual review and assisted onboarding before workspace access is activated. Zuesie may refuse or suspend access where necessary to protect the platform, customers or third parties.
3. Fees and trials
The launch plan provides a seven-day free trial from workspace activation, followed by £10 per active unit per month unless a different written commercial agreement applies. Taxes and third-party service fees may apply separately.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of property, guest, pricing, channel and communication data they provide, and for ensuring their use of Zuesie complies with applicable laws and agreements.
5. Integrations
Third-party integrations may be subject to the third party’s own terms, availability and fees. Zuesie does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.
6. Automation and AI
Automation can assist with operational work but customers remain responsible for reviewing consequential settings and outputs. Zuesie may impose approval or governance controls where appropriate.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, replace or retire features as the platform develops, with reasonable notice where a change materially affects paying customers.
8. Acceptable use
Customers must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other organisations’ data, reverse engineer protected services, abuse infrastructure, send unlawful communications or use Zuesie to facilitate fraud or other illegal activity.
9. Data
Customer data remains the customer’s data. Processing, retention and privacy practices are described in the privacy notice and any applicable data-processing terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to zuesie@outlook.com during the launch period. These launch terms should be reviewed by legal counsel before broad public scale or enterprise contracting.
