Pricing

Set rates, fees and simple discounts

Zuesie uses the reservation pricing engine for previews, so the amount you preview is calculated by the same core logic used when quoting a stay.

Set the base rate

Open Pricing, choose the property/unit and set the normal nightly rate that should apply before discounts and fees.

Add the cleaning fee

Set the cleaning fee at property level where appropriate. The quote preview shows accommodation and cleaning separately so you can sanity-check the guest total.

Create simple discounts

Use weekly or monthly discounts for straightforward length-of-stay offers. Simple discounts are scoped to the selected property rather than silently attaching to only the first unit.

Preview a real stay

Choose dates and a unit and run Preview price. The preview reads live calendar rates and saved discounts rather than using a second calculator.

Test before publishing

For multi-unit portfolios, quote at least two units in the same property and one unit in another property. Confirm the intended discount applies only where it should.
