Create the property
Open Properties and create the accommodation with its public name and core address/location details.
Complete content
Add the description, stay rules, amenities and property details. Use the custom amenity field only when the standard catalogue genuinely does not cover something.
Upload the photos
Add the strongest exterior/interior images and keep them representative of what the guest is actually booking. Property media is also reused by the direct-booking experience.
Create bookable units
Add each space that can actually be sold. A whole property with one rentable space still needs a unit because availability and rates attach to the bookable space.
Check readiness
Use the readiness panel to resolve missing content, units, rates or distribution setup before publishing. Content readiness and distribution readiness are intentionally separate.
